Client Agreement

This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Client”) and Crawford Elite (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to any business credit, shelf corporation, credit repair, or affiliate services you purchase. A signed service agreement or checkout authorization may be required before work begins.

1. Services Provided

Crawford Elite will provide the services selected by Client at enrollment, which may include:

• Business Credit Consulting: Guidance on establishing vendor, store, card, fleet, and line-of-credit accounts using the Client’s EIN and business credentials.
• Shelf Corporation Services: Sale and transfer of aged business entities, including state filing coordination where applicable.
• Credit Repair Support: Education and assistance disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items on Client’s consumer credit reports.
• Affiliate Services: Marketing materials, tracking, and commission processing for approved affiliates.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.
• Promptly submit requested documents, identification, and credit reports.
• Maintain active contact information and respond to Company communications.
• Make payments on time according to the selected package or payment plan.
• Follow the recommended steps and timelines provided by the consulting team.
• Not commit fraud, misrepresent identity, or use services for illegal purposes.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

Fees are disclosed at enrollment and are due before services begin or according to the agreed payment schedule. Late or missed payments may delay or suspend services. All setup fees, down payments, and installment payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in a written refund policy. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in immediate service termination.

4. No Guarantees

Crawford Elite does not guarantee specific funding amounts, credit limits, score increases, account approvals, deletion results, or timelines. All examples, testimonials, and case studies reflect past client experiences and are not promises of future performance. Approval decisions are made solely by third-party lenders, creditors, and credit bureaus.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Client may cancel services by contacting Crawford Elite in writing or by phone. Cancellation does not eliminate obligation for any outstanding balance for work already performed. Refunds, if any, are issued at Company discretion and in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Digital products, completed filings, and delivered shelf corporations are not refundable.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary, financial, and personal information confidential except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law. Crawford Elite will not sell Client information and will only share it with trusted partners as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Independent Relationship

Crawford Elite is an independent consulting firm, not an employee, agent, or representative of any lender, credit bureau, or government agency. We do not have the authority to bind third parties on behalf of Client.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed informally by contacting our office. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, under Texas law, except where prohibited by law.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Client Agreement from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
