These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Crawford Elite website, intake forms, consultation services, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
1. Overview & Nature of Services
Crawford Elite is a corporate consulting and financial education firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. We provide business credit building consulting, aged shelf corporation acquisition services, and credit repair education and support. We are not a bank, lender, law firm, accounting firm, or credit repair organization as defined by certain state statutes. We do not lend money, issue credit, guarantee approvals, or provide legal or tax advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use our Services. By submitting an intake form or becoming a client, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
3. No Guarantees of Results
Any funding amounts, credit limits, score increases, deletion results, or approval timelines referenced on our website, in marketing materials, or by our representatives are based on past client outcomes and industry averages. They are not promises, predictions, or guarantees of future results. Individual outcomes depend on many factors, including but not limited to:
- Entity age, structure, and fundability.
- Personal and business credit history.
- Revenue, bank deposits, and time in business.
- Lender underwriting guidelines and market conditions.
- The accuracy and completeness of information provided by the client.
4. Business Credit Services
Our business credit consulting programs are designed to help clients establish and build corporate credit using their Employer Identification Number (EIN) and business credentials. Approval for vendor accounts, store credit, business credit cards, fleet accounts, and lines of credit is determined solely by third-party lenders and creditors. Crawford Elite does not control underwriting decisions and cannot guarantee specific credit limits or approvals.
5. Shelf Corporation Services
Aged shelf corporations and LLCs are sold on an as-is basis with the understanding that the buyer will maintain the entity in good standing. Pricing reflects entity age, state of incorporation, available credit history, and other fundability factors. Crawford Elite is not responsible for state filing fees, registered agent renewals, or ongoing compliance after transfer unless specifically included in a written service agreement.
6. Credit Repair Services
Crawford Elite provides credit repair education and dispute support. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, consumers have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with credit bureaus at no cost. Our services assist clients in exercising that right. We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item, score increase, or timeline. Clients may cancel services in accordance with their signed service agreement.
7. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Service fees are disclosed prior to enrollment and are due according to the selected package or payment plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed client agreement. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our office may result in immediate service termination and collection efforts.
8. Affiliate Program
Affiliates must pay the applicable annual license fee and agree to the separate Affiliate Agreement. Commissions are paid based on referred clients who enroll and make qualifying payments. Crawford Elite reserves the right to modify commission structures, terminate affiliate accounts for fraud or misrepresentation, and withhold commissions for chargebacks or canceled clients.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Crawford Elite in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
